All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

For customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia, standard shipping is $3.99 and is free on orders over $50. Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days. Express shipping is available at $9.99 with an estimated delivery of 5–8 business days.
For customers in Australia and New Zealand, standard shipping is $5.99 and is free on orders over $60. Estimated delivery is 12–18 business days. Express shipping is available at $14.99 with an estimated delivery of 7–10 business days.
For customers in the United Kingdom and Europe, standard shipping is $6.99 and is free on orders over $70. Estimated delivery is 15–20 business days. Express shipping is available at $16.99 with an estimated delivery of 8–12 business days.
For customers in the United States and Canada, standard shipping is $6.99 and is free on orders over $70. Estimated delivery is 15–20 business days. Express shipping is available at $16.99 with an estimated delivery of 8–12 business days.
For all other international destinations, standard shipping is $7.99 and is free on orders over $80. Estimated delivery is 15–25 business days. Express shipping is available at $19.99 with an estimated delivery of 10–15 business days.
Important Notice for Wedding Orders
If you are ordering for a wedding, bridal shower, or any special occasion, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks before your event date. This allows sufficient time for processing, shipping, and any unexpected delays. Wedora Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier disruptions outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to be updated after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Wedora Studio is not responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, or parcels held at customs. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, peak seasons, or courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Wedora Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately — we can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
