Refund policy

At Wedora Studio, we want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at wedorastudio96@gmail.com. Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
